         If we talk about web hosting the popular series of services are "bluehost" , "Hostgator" , "ipage" and so on... but how many of you know about the "siteground" web hosting and its services , if you ask me i will siteground is a hidden gem in present situation .. all because of its quality feature and the customer support. check back the customer review about hostgator and siteground..

uptime and server :

     When we choose a hosting the thing we concern is uptime and speed of the server , and here the siteground provides a quality speed with many servers hosted in US, UK, Romania and it also provides a 99.9% of uptime. Every site advertise the same "we provide 99.9% uptime" but not every one can provide and continue their service like siteground.

 Nick Booth :  Siteground's service is excellent with uptime and speed both very good. More importantly, on those rare occasions when I do have a problem, Siteground's support is rapid and high quality. Every ticket I have raised has been promptly answered witha solution not just an acknowledgement.
eg. Last ticket concerned inability to enable clean URLs on a Drupal site. Support cured problem with .htaccess in about 2 minutes from submission of ticket.

Pricing:

           Like other web hosting services siteground won't offer more coupon code instead they offer 50%-70% offer for summer and some special times.

Now they offer a 60% discount for the started account at the price of 3.95$/mo and also offers 50% discount on premium hostings.

Customer support :

Apart from feature and pricing the important part is customer support , so if you encountered with any issue then a we need to support hand to get out from them , and in siteground customer support is excellent even they support customers with phone help line.

Uptime and servers :

  As like siteground , hostgator also provides a real uptime and good speed to their customers but it was in the past , now after few changes with their servers they really loosing some valuable customers because of the server issue.

Hugo Zamores: Very good in the past now it´s the worst.
Since they moved to another data center our dedicated server wents down almost once a month, today as an example We had 6 hours offline.

Pricing :

    When ever choosing a service you should not blindly go with pricing , quality and service is king.! Some websites offer low prices with discounts its all to get more customers by the way some sites provides quality service with low price but in case with hostgator their customer reviews are poor. Like other hosting services hostgator also provides coupon codes for their customers.

   But hostgator provides a 1Cent hosting for the first month with coupon codes like  1CHOSTINGG . after that regular price of 3.95$/Mo. They also provides a 25% of total order with the coupon code HOLIDAY25P...

Customer Support :

         Customers support is most important factor for any services , if we get into any technical or emergency then the only hope is experts from the service team and here host gator have a poor customer services that is they offer a customer service but not all the time when you need.

 Kathy Long:  Been building websites since 1995 and during that time used quite a few hosts. When you get a bad one, it can ruin your life or your business quite quickly. That said, Hostgator used to be my favorite. I stayed with them for many years, but I'm leaving now. Ever since they were acquired tech support and quality has steadily declined and has gotten so bad that it takes hours and even days to get help even in urgent situations like slow load speeds of a minute per page because the site is overloaded or no email.
